The molinillo, which translates to whisk, is a beautiful kitchen utensil essential in the preparation of Mexican chocolate.
The dark colour of these items are nor painted but these are the slightly burned wood resulted from friction.

How to use it: After making a pot of chocolate, take the molinillo, place it between both palms and vigorously roll it back and forth. The molinillo twirl around whipping the beverage into a foam.
